Woodlands Lane is a peaceful, private road in Haslemere, Surrey.
The road was built in 1971 by the residents, at their own expense, and has remained unadopted by the council ever since. This means the council does not maintain Woodlands Lane and has no role in decisions regarding its use.
Residents of Woodlands Lane are required to contribute to a shared fund, managed by the Woodlands Lane Residents Association, which covers the upkeep of the road including surface dressing, common land maintenance, drain clearing and road sweeping.
The Woodlands Lane Residents Association committee meets quarterly. All residents are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting held every Autumn.
